The Challenge

Marble Arch Health knew they had something incredible: immediate availability and no waiting lists for gynaecological care—a unicorn in the healthcare world. But their old branding and digital presence weren’t cutting it. Patients didn’t understand what made them special, and GPs weren’t seeing the benefits loud and clear. Add to that a clunky website with poor booking functionality and outdated analytics, and they were losing out on opportunities to make real impact.

The challenge? To revamp, redefine, and reclaim their position as the go-to choice for patients and GPs alike.

The Brief

When Marble Arch Health came to us, they wanted more than just a facelift—they needed a complete overhaul.

This project called for:

  • A full rebrand to bring their identity in line with their mission: compassionate, empowering care that feels as professional as it is approachable. We needed to capture their heart and soul in every visual and every word.
  • A fresh website that was not just functional but exceptional, making self-referrals seamless and showcasing their immediate availability to GPs in a way that couldn’t be ignored.
  • A strategic marketing plan to tackle the referral bottleneck and engage both patients and GPs across multiple touchpoints. Think social media that stops the scroll, remarketing ads that speak directly to their audience, and a direct mail campaign that lands with impact.
  • Clear, actionable reporting to measure success and keep the strategy sharp as it rolled out.
